Tengo una cámara que estuvo sin uso mucho tiempo. Tiene baterías nuevas, enciende sin problema pero al intentar tomar una foto todo se ve negro

@cristina11848 when you say everything goes black, is it like the camera turns off or is it just that it will only take black pictures. If it is the pictures then there is the possibility that this is a stuck shutter or a bad image sensor.
If it turns black like it is turning off, then it is a power issue which could be related to a bad DC-DC board. Give us more details so we can try and help you to get your camera working again.

@cristina11848 cuando dices que todo se queda en negro, ¿es como si la cámara se apagara o es que sólo hace fotos en negro. Si son las fotos entonces existe la posibilidad de que se trate de un obturador atascado o de un sensor de imagen en mal estado.
Si se pone negra como si se apagara, entonces es un problema de alimentación que podría estar relacionado con una placa DC-DC defectuosa. Danos más detalles para que podamos intentar ayudarte a que tu cámara vuelva a funcionar.

@carlosgerman download the level 2 and level 3 service manual for your camera from here Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H2 . They are listed under the Documents Heading. Both will be in English. Sadly, I do not have any other languages available. Level 2 is the disassembly manual. Your sensor should be listed in the lens section. Just follow this guide to disassemble your camera and to check the sensor.
