Why after change board my left side doens't work again?

Hi,

One day last year my left side disappear on my line output. I bought a new board to change it. Every step are easy, no problem but when i start the OP1, the problem wasn't resolve.
I change the firmware, reset factory few times.. Someone have an idea ?

You either bought a board with the same issue or something else is causing it, are there any other boards or components that could be at fault? Maybe a faulty connector?
