IOS 18 Not turning on after battery replacement

my iphone se 2020 is at IOS 18 beta

i opened it and replaced the battery for a nohon battery with 2340mha

i used isopropyl alcohol 99.8% to remove the glue from the original glue

some got under the logical board but i waited for it to dry

• after replaced i tested and everything was fine, everything working, i was using it for like 3/4 hours, np at all
• then i waited for the battey to die to charge from 0% to 100%

but then the phone didn't turn on anymore, neither charging or pluged to itunes(windows version), tried put the orignal battery back, didn't work
forced restart doesn't work or dfu mode

my question is it a software or hardware problem? like the phone was perfect before the replacement battery die
what shoud i do?
