white screen ,touch screen stop working

Hi all, does anyone ever experience the same problem as i am facing now.

after i drop my 3GS, screen shows WHITE ONLY, and i try to slide the unlock but no sound of "unlock", seems like my touchscreen stop functioning.

when i press the power button, the screen just show a white blank to me, same goes to home button.

but the speaker and vibrate still working,

when i plug in the charge cable, there is a sound of "charging" but still shows white screen.

i try to use to force switch off step by pressing home button & power button but it just off within 6 or 7 seconds? isn't it too fast because i assume it will off in 10 seconds, after that it switch on automatically without press power button and the display screen didn't even in white screen when the moment it ON (looks like it is OFF)

it will only shows white screen few seconds after it automatically ON if i press the home button or power button.
