x12230000_Recovery.ipsw unavailable to download from apple?

How can I restore this if I can't download the recovery file "x12230000_Recovery.ipsw" anymore? Itunes won't restore the device when in DFU mode and the support page is no longer available. I have the latest iTunes installed, do I need to downgrade? Thanks all!

@ashton87976 downgrade first then try again. Get a legacy version. You can get some of them from places like this

they won't sign into iTunes and the device won't show up like in the newer versions...
