XBox Series X - Wont Turn On - Diagnostic Advice needed

Hello Everyone!

First time posting here. Trying to get into preparing consoles and such and I think I jumped in a little deep. I have a Xbox Series X that will not power on. The light will turn on for a second as well as the start up chime, but then goes right off. I have confirmed I have a good power supply and 12V being delivered to both boards. I did a visual inspection and can't find any obvious damage.

I have downloaded schematics and such but wondering if someone could help point me in a direction, which components to check first.
