So Whenever i insert my AirPort Card Into The Tower, A Chime Does Happen, but it shows up with a blank screen, and whenever i take the card out, it works perfectly fine, How can i fix this issue?

It's likely a bad AirPort board (shorting something out).
To get around that how about getting a WiFi router which allows you to connect via Ethernet (which your system offers) and is faster than the old AirPort offers!
