Why I cant able to focus anything while turning my back camera?

I was using my phone without backcover and after few drops here and there my camera specially 50MP main camera started acting wierd, i get blurry photos and thats when i knew i cant able to focus on any object , initially by hitting camera module worked sometimes but now nothing can be done, the camera still clicks the picture but it can't able to click clear photos for eg: i cant scan the qr code or able toread the text in the photos
