What is this motherboard part?

Hey everyone! I have tirelessly been trying to suss out the problem with my ps4 pro cuh-7215b. I even bought a new psu hoping it would revive my system. However, as I feared, it was not the psu. I spent half the day testing every single thing on the motherboard. I FINALLY found the dead source. I am very new to diy repairs, so can anyone please tell me what this component is and where I can buy a replacement?( I used a standard #2 pencil for size reference.)

How are you sure that component is dead? It is an inductor and based on some googling around I believe the direct replacement is P/N ETQ-P4LR68XFC, rated for 680nH, 20% tolerance, 21A max current, and DC resistance of 1.58mOhms.

However, I'm asking why you think it's dead because inductors have a DC resistance of near zero ohms, making them look like a short, but this is normal behavior.

Awesome! Thank you for the answer! Well, I used my tester on everything on the motherboard. I was getting a beep on everything except that component. The exact same component on the other side even gave a beep. I have tried everything I could think of and watched video after video. Read everything I could find about that specific motherboard and ps4. So, I was just trying something different. That seems to be how I come across my successes. Plain dumb luck!
