Pls help, stuck on apple logo and no recovery mode and no DFU.

Yesterday, my girlfriend's iPad got stuck. In the last few weeks, it has sometimes shut down randomly, but otherwise, everything was good. Yesterday, there was a small bug in one of the apps, so she restarted it, but it never woke up again.

I cannot set it to recovery mode by quickly pressing the volume up button, then the volume down button, and then holding the power button. It does restart, though. I also cannot set it to DFU mode. I tried many combinations I found on the internet.

The internet does not provide a solution yet. Please help me.
