Why is my charging indicatior blinking white and orange light .

Could you please be more precise describing the whilte and orange (amber) light patterns as they are information codes.

For example when the battery charge is low the orange (amber) light will flash slowly and when the level is under 3% it will flash quickly.

You could try a power reset by removing or disconnecting the battery and disconnecting the charger. Then press and hold down the laptop's power button for 30 seconds then release. Reconnect battery and charger and try to turn on.
