Black spot in my screen

My pixel 8 got hit while it was in my pocket and after that the screen turned green. I live in Peru so it's really hard to find a pixel around here, but I managed to get a screen replacement from a store. After a couple of hours a black spot appeared. The store accepted to change the screen but one week later a black spot appeared just around the place where the front camera is. The black spot started to get bigger and then another black spot appeared and a couple of green lines. A week ago, suddenly the screen turned green for some minutes so I went to the store. They said that the phone got hit (it didn't happen) and I needed to change the screen again so I did it (I didn´t have a choice because it´s the only store in Peru that has screen replacements for the Pixel). Again, a couple of hours later a little black spot appeared exactly under the front camera. I went to the store but they said that the screen that they sold me was perfect and didn't accept to change it.

I have some questions:

The black spot is getting bigger everyday. Is there something I can do to stop it from getting bigger?

I still want to repair my pixel so I'm trying to import a screen from Ifixit. But is this a screen problem? I find it really strange that 3 screens showed the same black spot problem in the same place. Were the screens faulty or is there another problem with my phone? Is the problem that the screens were not original (The store said that they were original but I'm not sure)? Do I need to repair something else to be sure that I won't have any problems?

Damage like you have described on Oled pannels is irreversible. Typically, spots are caused by pannel deamination or liquid ingress, and I'd choose to replace the screen if it is economical to do so.

There really isn't a way to prevent the spot from growing without industal or lab grade tools and expertise. You might be able to slow the growth by avoiding heat and psyhical stress.

I'd inspect your battery there is a chance the spots are caused my pressure from a inflated battery cell.
