The booting is not complete
My Oppo A5s phone was working normally until it stopped working suddenly, and when I try to turn it on, it vibrates and the company appears on the screen, but the booting is not complete. How do I fix this?!

@jamalilerm that sounds like an issue with the firmware not loading. When you say "the company appears on the screen" are you referring to the Oppo splash-screen or what exactly do you see?
