Buen Dia me podrían ayudar si ya encontraron como reparar la tarjeta madre Dell Optiplex 7070 hice mediciones si hay voltajes limpie bien la tarjeta madre, quite la memoria y procesador, aun asi no enciende?

@jorgealber94303 you said you measured the voltage but did not tell us where you measure it and what the values were. Prime suspect on this is always the power supply. Next it is the switch and thirdly, the RAM. Bad Ram does weird things. The good thing is that your 7070 has its own diagnostics. Start with that. Here is the manual for your computer. Start with the troubleshooting section and let us know what you find out.
