The wheel stutters on calibration and is unresponsive afterwards

As the title suggests the wheel is unresponsive to any movement. I've already replaced the power supply, but still no luck. Basicallly what happens is after connecting it to a powersupply it tries to calibrate, then stutters, and finally becomes unresponsive.

The pedals and buttons of the wheel work flawless.
