@adrianporras whenever I can, I like to start off in safe mode. That allows me to rule out any software issues. To place it in safe mode, use the Samsung instructions from here. Once in Safe mode give it a try and see if it works now. If so, you know that you have a bad 3rd party App on your phone. It will not tell you which one so you will have to delete one after the other. If it does not get better in Safe mode, it is not an App etc. then you may have to consider opening your phone and to check/replace the volume button flex. Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for this, use something like this video to work on it.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do. Si no mejora en modo a prueba de fallos, no es una aplicación, etc., quizá tengas que plantearte abrir el teléfono y comprobar/reemplazar el flex del botón de volumen. Como iFixit aún no tiene una guía para esto, utiliza algo como este vídeo para trabajar en ello.
