My phone was in repair, so when it came back my wifi and Bluetooth suddenly didn't work , so i just want to how to fix it

By ‘in repair’ and ‘came back’ I assume that you sent it to be repaired at a shop of sorts?
If this issue has appeared after it’s been serviced, then the people that serviced it did something wrong.
First thought: the ultimate question: Have you tried restarting your phone yet?
The best advice I can give is to go back to the shop, explain the problem, and go from there.
