First you want to check your charger. Make sure it has the proper voltages. Check the charging cable to make sure that the connectors are not bend etc. After that, check the charging port. Make sure there is no corrosion, debris etc. that prevents it from working. Clean it of any debris etc, use a few puffs of air to clean it out. If none of this works, get a ammeter and see if your laptop draws any amperage from the charger. After that, you need to check and see if your motherboard even gets power. For that of course, you need to open it up. It is possible that this is a battery issue but it can also be caused by the charging board.

I suggest you replace the charging board as well as the battery. You can check places like Amazon etc. for a replacement of it. Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for that, use something like this video (only up to 1:30min) as your guide. It is not a terribly complicated job. You can do it.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do. Primero debes comprobar tu cargador. Asegúrate de que tiene los voltajes adecuados. Te sugiero que sustituyas tanto la placa de carga como la batería. Puedes buscar en sitios como Amazon, etc. para sustituirla. Como iFixit aún no tiene una guía para ello, utiliza algo como este vídeo (sólo hasta 1:30min) como guía. No es un trabajo terriblemente complicado. Tú puedes hacerlo.
