If it stays on, then you know that the issue is caused by a 3td party App . you will have to uninstall those one by one until you find the one that causes this. To start your phone in safe mode: When the phone is turned on, long press the volume down key to enter the safe mode. After entering the safe mode, the word "safe mode" will appear in the lower left corner of the phone screen.from here To get out of safe mode just restart your phone

If sae mode does not work, replace the battery and check the flex cables from the charging board to the main board. Make sure that it is properly seated. Check your phone for corrosion on any of the connectors and check for torn flex cables.see if that makes a difference. Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for this, use something like this video
