@victorhugo98873 could be the microphone or could be the wiring. You will have to disassemble it at the microphone end. Then measure the wire for continuity from the mic to the connector. IF you have no continuity then it is either the wire connection inside the connector or a broken wire. If you do have continuity then it is possibly the mic itself. If you have an exact model number we can try and assist you finding a new mic if needed.
