@nelson9615 if this happens pretty much all by itself, then your phone suffers from Ghost Touch. This is a failure of the connection between the touchscreen and the LCD. For that you will have to replace the display. There is really no good fix in other ways. Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for that, use something like this video

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do.
