@juanmayi use a headset and see if that works. If so, you know it is your microphone. If that does not work either it is possible that this is your headphone jack or a bad third party APP. Try to start your phone in safe mode. Use the instructions from Samsung to get into that mode. Once there, try and see if your microphone now works. If so, you know that it is a 3rd part app that is doing that. Now you will have to remove those APps one-by-one to see which one caused it.

If safe mode does not work either, you will have to replace the microphone. In the case of your phone, the mic is soldered to the sub_board (charging board) and is easily replaced. Since iFixit doesn't yet have a guide for that, use the one from here

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do.
