@elberalvernia could be a bad pump, clogged hose or clogged spray nozzles. Disconnect one of those hoses and activate the washer. You should hear/feel the pump on the reservoir working. If water does come out of the disconnected hose, you may need new nozzles.

If not, then check for power on the pump. Use a test light or a voltmeter and test it when your activate the washer pump. If you have power going to the pump then it is the pump that needs to be replaced. Of course, check the fuses in the fusebox. The one for the pump should be a 10A fuses in the fuse box under the hood on the passenger side.

If you need to works on the pump itself, check something like this video It's a tedious job especially since you even have to remove the wheel to even get to it.

While you work on your Nissan, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do. It's easy and fun to create these guides. The iFixit community will appreciate this.
