@carlos93908 totally agree with my colleague @carloslope27326 on this one. You do need to start with a new battery. Then re-evaluate and see if that resolves the issue. Sometimes, this can also be caused by the software. you always want to make sure that you have all the latest updates installed.

To change the battery and since iFixit does not yet have a guide for that, use something like this video
