@milenisrangel first start your phone in safe mode. If it doesn't give you the overheat message in sage mode, your phones issues are related to a bad 3rd part App on your phone. you will have to install them one by one to find the one that causes it. To get your phone in safe mode you need to:

Step 1. Turn the device off by holding the Power button until the option to Power Off appears on the screen. Tap Power off.

Step 2. Press and hold the Power and the Volume Down ******buttons at the same time, to turn the device on. When you see the Samsung logo appear on the screen, you can let go of the Power button while the device boots up. Make sure to keep holding the Volume Down button.

Step 3. If done correctly, 'Safe Mode' will display on the bottom left corner of the screen. If 'Safe Mode' does not appear, repeat the steps above.

Step 4. Once you're in Safe Mode, you can remove the third-party app that is causing issues on your phone. from here

If that does not work you will have to work on your phone. Your phone has 4 thermistors that can give an erroneous overheating signal. The most common ones to fail are the one on the battery and the one on the charging port. I would replace those parts. Parts are readily available at many online stores.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do.
