@okysalcedo you did not tell us if your phone vibrates when it turns on. If it does, then it is most likely that this is a failed display. for that you need to replace the screen.

If it does not vibrate, then it is possible that you are having either a firmware issue or a graphics issue on your circuit board.

I would definitely hope that this is a screen issue and replacing the screen would fix that.

Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for this, use something like this video for that task. Replacement screens are readily available at multiple online stores.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do.
