@mayi74916 this could be a bad lens (stuck shutter) or a bad image sensor. Not a terribly complicated task to change it but iFixit doesn't yet have a guide for your specific model. The good thing about the EasyShare series is, that they all are pretty closely assembled the same way. The screws and ribbon cables maybe at a slight different place, but a guide like this one will still help.

It will be much harder to find a replacement lens. Every now and then you can still find them on Ebay or even Aliexpress. If nothing else, get a broken camera (other then the lens) from ebay or other places like that. Use that camera to harvest the replacement parts for your camera from.

While you work on your camera, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do.
