@davidpalac84053 it's time to clean it out. It could be clogged air vents, a bad fan as well as bad thermal paste. Make sure that you do not use your laptop on a pillow or your lap etc, since then can obstruct the airflow through the computer. You also can/should consider a cooling pad for your laptop.

Now, to clean it you will have to disassemble it. Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for this, use something like this video SLightly different model but it will work for yours as well.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do.
