Power but not turning on

I have TP410UA 2.0 that will not respond at all on battery. with power attached, power and caps lock light up but no charge light or fan and no heat build up even after half an hour. nothing on the display or hdmi. the only response at all is the two lights that are on while the charger is in will turn off after a 10 second hold and stay off until they are released then they go back on and stay on. I am hoping for an explanation and if possible a way to resolve if im lucky. Thank you in advance for any assistance!

This might be a problem with the RAM. Reseating it worked to fix this problem on a Toshiba NB305 that I have. However, the RAM on your computer is soldered to the motherboard. You are going to have to replace the motherboard. Here's a guide: Asus Vivobook Flip 14 TP410U Motherboard Replacement

EDIT: After some confusion I found that it is has onboard RAM and another RAM slot. Putting some RAM in this slot may fix this problem as well. You will need 4GB DDR4 RAM.
