@thiagogaleano there is a few ways of doing that. The most specific will be to use an ammeter between teh camera and the charger. then see how many amps the camera pulls from the charger. If none, you know that it is not charging. You can also try and measure the voltage on the battery connector while you plug the charger in. That voltage will have to be the same as the voltage your charger applies. Check the label on the charger to determine what that voltage is. If it is not, then you now that there are issue in the charging circuitry. Of course, my question to you would be why you are asking and if you have tried a new battery. Bad batteries can refuse to charge if they have been discharged beyond their threshold.

Si no lo hace, sabrá que no está cargando. También puede intentar medir el voltaje en el conector de la batería mientras enchufa el cargador. Ese voltaje tendrá que ser el mismo que el voltaje que aplica tu cargador. Comprueba la etiqueta del cargador para determinar cuál es ese voltaje.
