Blank screen after disconnecting it and reconnecting it again

my phone was autotouching from time to another, and i thought if i disconnected the screen and reconnected it it might fix it, however when i did it, the screen went blank and it doesn't show anything anymore, the phone viberates when i connect it to the charger or to the pc or when i restart it using the power button and the volume up, but thr screen stays the same, just blank with no power or light
