My screen is white but plays music
my 3rd gen nano has a white screen, if i look at it from the side i can vaguely see the menu and it plays music

@elixer57015 this "if i look at it from the side i can vaguely see the menu" sounds like a bad screen. Use this guide Reemplazo de la pantalla del iPod Nano 3ª Generación to replace it.
Since iFixit is out of stock do an online search and see what you can find.
