keyboard typing a certain letter after every input l-i-k-e- -t-h-i-s-

so my keyboard is not a mechanical keyboard and every time i press a key it types the same character wich for me is -.My keyboard is not made by a famous company I think but in case you know it its a Manhattan keyboard. if you want a picture of my keyboard ,its just like a normal keyboard. And if you want to know how that thing started I was just typing normally and then I think I couldn't type so I restarted my pc and t-h-i-s- -t-h-i-n-g- -h-a-p-p-e-n-e-d-

{EDITED} TODAY I REMOVED THEN PUT MY LAPTOP BATTERY FOR SOME REASONS SO THE KEYBOARD WAS WORKING BUT AFTER SOME TIME IT STOPPED TYPING SO I RESTARTED MY LAPTOP SO IT STOPPED WORKING ALSO SORRY FOR CAPITAL LETTERS IDK WHY IT HAPPENED LOL
