@gustavogustavo it is possible that it misread your prints to many times. In that case you must wait for a while and check again if it let's you add those later. If it shows a lock that would mean it wont take your fingerprints.

Sometimes corrupted data can do that too. In that case you need to delete all the stored fingerprints. Use the steps from the Samsung site to try and resolve the issue.

If your fingerprints are still not being recognized, it is possible that this is a failed fingerprint reader. Replacing it should resolve that issue. Since iFixit does not have a guide for that, use this one

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do.
