1 How would you go about replaceing a G8 Chromebook charge port?
My school has invested in a soldering station so that we could replace the charge port without having to replace the whole motherboard. When we tried it we found out that they epoxied over a very resilent solder. Different places seem to sell the part so it has to be possible and if we can get it to work it can save our IT department hundereds of dollars.

@andrewsawesome unfortunately I can't find the bottom of the connector but here's the bottom of the MoBo
