I dropped my Dx7590 on the ground and AF focus does not work anymore. Whenever I pressed the focus key half way, the AF light is red and all image is blurred. Is it possible to fix it by myself and how? Thank you so much.

Try pulling the battery for the camera and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. Put the battery back in the camera and see if that resolves your issue. If not, most likely the lens is slightly out of position.

I followed your instruction but the AF is still blurred. What is the next step? Than k you.
I don’t have any other steps that you could take, someone else is going to have to help you, sorry. The only conclusion I can come to is that the lens is slightly out of position after the drop.
