This phone is a bit scarce so there is not much information about it out there. I suggest you check the instructions on here Fairly straightforward and the screen is still available at many online stores. Just make sure that you purchase one that is for your phones exact model.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do.
