Why is it not powering on?

Hello Petrus,

Here is what to do first:

Check to see if a household circuit breaker or Ground Fault Circuit Interrupt (GFCI) outlet has tripped. If so, reset the circuit breaker or Ground Fault Circuit Interrupt. If the refrigerator is on a fuse box, check to see if a fuse has blown and replace it, if necessary.

Should that not work for you,

Check the following :

Make sure your refrigerator is plugged in to an electrical outlet by itself. Big appliances tend to draw more electricity and when connected with other appliances running within the same electric line can cause a power overload, causing the breaker to trip. This happens quite often when a Microwave is running in conjunction with other appliances such as, an electric cloth Dryer, washer or many times even a hair dryer may cause the breaker to trip.

Lastly I recomend a Refrigerator Reset. It is very easy to do and doesn't take that long. Here's what to do,

Refrigerator Reset:

Unplug your refrigerator power cable from the electrical outlet for an hour.

After an hour plug refrigerators power cord into a dedicated electric power outlet and after 20 min Check if cooling and freezing is working, if so adjust temperatures accordingly.
