Can this model be repaired to get Chrome OS updates?

Google no longer provides updates for this model, so it is no longer secure. Is this repairable under the new right-to-repair policy for some Chromebooks? And if so, then about how much would it cost? Other than that, this Chromebook is still in like new condition so it seems a waste not to be able to use it online.

@bobstewart The Asus Chromebook Flip C302 got updates through June 2023. Can you go into Settings>About on your Chromebook and tell me what version of Chrome OS it's running (after installing any available updates)?

In addition to @andrewsawesome answer, you can probably get your Chromebook onto the latest OS by creating a Chrome OS Recovery USB. This should bring your device to the latest version of Chrome OS. Although I will add that if you restore your device it will erase anything that is locally stored, so be sure to move anything stored locally to your drive.
