Replaced touch digitizer screen and touch still not working

Hi all,

I’m new on here. Recently I update to windows 11 on my surface pro 7. Everything was fine for few weeks then all of a sudden the touch completely stopped working. In device manager it shows the intel precise touch with exclamation mark. I tried reinstalling windows 10 and makes no difference. I also changed the small touch screen pcb that connects to the ribbon cable but still no luck whatsoever.

Any advice please?
