@ravivipin sounds like a bad screen. since iFixit does not have any guides for it yet, use something like this video. Replacement screens are still available for your phone, just make sure that you order one for your specific version.

While you work on your drive, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do.
