Wich Potentiometer is build in the ds lite

Hello, after fixing a broken hinge on the ds lite and reshelling the ds lite the top screen startet flickering, after I read that the Potentiometer is causing that and gently turning it will fix it I tried... well I broke them ... both and now I am searching like crazy top find those things but the world is full witch different model types of these things and I would like top know wich one I have to buy to undo my mistake.

I would be really happy if you know a website were they sell the needed ones or the name of that model.
