@naveenganiger first check that your phone charger supplies the proper voltage. After that you need to check your charging cable. Check to make sure the pins are not bend etc. After that, check the charging port. Clean it of any debris etc, use a few puffs of air to clean it out. Check for bend and broken pins on it as well. If none of this works, get a USB ammeter and see if your phone draws any amperage from the charger. If it does not, it is possible that this is a charging port issue or a bad battery.

Use something like this video to get into your Oppo phone. Check the charging board for any damage as well as the flex coming off the charging board to the main board. I would be prepared to replace the battery if not charging. If the voltage does not increase when the USB charging cable has been connected, change the charging board (daughterboard) and flex cable.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do.
