@shahmeerkhan we are all really trying hard to answer these one sentence questions since we know that communication is sometimes difficult. With the minimum of information you have given us the only answer I can give you is this.
If it does not turn on at all replace your power supply.
If you get the appropriate beeps or power LED blink code, replace your processor and/or your motherboard.

@shahmeerkhan you are not giving us enough information. If you really want to repair it, you need to make sure you give us all the information and continue to follow this question. There are steps you have to take and we will follow through with helping you, but you have to be present. Meaning being involved with your repair. You give us only one sentence to explain. Do you believe that this is enough to get a complete answer to your problem? Try this. What motherboard make/model is this? What power supply? What have you checked? Does your power supply come on? Have you applied a jumper to that to see if you can start it? Are you using a video card or are you using the video from the motherboard? How much memory does your computer have? Have you removed that and reinserted after cleaning? What CPU does it have? Have you checked that? Have you replaced that? What light is the power button LED and is it on; is it blinking? Do you get any beep codes from your computer? what have you checked and what have you tried?
You see, there's more to repair than one sentence!
