iPhone 7: Screen off, touch off, backlight on, Siri on

Hi,

my iPhone hit the floor and won’t show anything on the screen anymore. It doesn’t accept touch commands, but I can see that back light is still on and Siri is still answering (read new messages, activate Voice Over, etc).

I am looking to activate iCloud backup to recover data but no luck so far :

• Can’t enter passcode cause no touch
• Can’t have USB keyboard recognized cause no passcode to accept new USB hardware
• Screen replacement don’t change anything : still no screen mor touch captivity, but phone still on (Siri, etc)

Any idea? Am I missing something? Are my data lost?
