Display is good but touch is not working

@kanchithalaivan could be a bad touchscreen. For that you do want to go ahead and replace the display assembly. iFixit doesn't yet have a guide for this. For now, use something like this video to replace your LCD. The screen is available at multiple online sites. Just make sure you order one that fits your particular phone. there are a few variation of the J2.

J200F (UAE, Turkey); J200Y (New Zealand, Taiwan); J200G (India, Indonesia); J200H with no LTE (South Africa, Kazakhstan); J200GU (Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand)

If a new screen does not fix that, you are having issues on the mainboard. Use the Samsung troubleshooting guide for that repair.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do.
