Why is my pc overheating

Typically there are a few different reasons why a PC would overheat.

You can use Task Manager to help you identify resource-intensive processes/viruses that may be causing your laptop to work harder than necessary. 6. Consider thermal paste replacement: If you're comfortable with hardware work, applying fresh thermal paste between the CPU and heatsink can improve heat conductivity and reduce temperatures.
