Non responsive while wireless charging

I replaced the screen and frame. Now when it's on the wireless charger the screen jumps from window to window. I try to touch screen but it's un responsive just keeps jumping from window to window. When out of the wireless charger phone acts normal. When it's wire charging it's normal
