Yeah, you'll have to swap over the earpiece speaker assembly or else you'll lose your Face ID, as the assembly is paired specifically to your phone and the one from the other phone won't work for Face ID.

One other thing to be aware of is that you'll also lose the True Tone function of the screen unless you or someone else reprograms a small piece of data from the old screen to the replacement. It takes a device programmer like the QianLi iCopy to do that programming, which ran me about $85 USD when I bought mine. For a one-time job you might check with local repair shops to see if they will do the MtSN copy for you for a minimal cost.
