Why do I have these tiny wrinkles/bumps on my TV screen?

Hi Kevin,
It looks almost like an interference pattern; do you have any other electronics in close proximity to the TV that could be generating some EMF? Can you try moving other devices away from the TV and see if any of them affects that pattern?
Does it do it on all inputs?

I do have a xbox series x It is about 10 inches from it and yes it does it on every channel or app
@kevind10670 Did you try unplugging the Xbox to see if that makes any difference?
Yeah i unplugged it and moved the xbox far away might have to return the tv i just got yesterday
@kevind10670 do they show up with every input source? Have you tried Coax, HDMI, Component etc. Does anything make the picture worse or anything that makes it better? Did you try a factory reset in the menu yet? Amazingly enough, this looks like individual LED's is your display. All nicely and evenly spaced etc.
What is the exact model number for this TV?
